Dietitian - Older People within Spinal and Medicine for Older People in Aylesbury UK earning £25 hourly.

What you will do:
Provide nutrition support and expertise in enteral feeding for the National Spinal Injuries Centre and Medicine for Older People wards. Develop and implement enteral feeding discharge plans for patients, ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home. Manage obesity cases, offering tailored advice and interventions to patients. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient care plans and participating in team meetings.
Responsibilities: Cover the needs of patients at the National Spinal Injuries Centre and wards for older people. Work Monday through Friday for 30 hours a week at 0.80wte. Commit to an initial 12-week placement, with the possibility of extension upon review.
Requirements: Hold a Band 6 Dietitian position with significant experience in nutrition support, enteral feeding, and obesity management. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Maintain active HCPC registration. While a car is not required, it may be useful for daily operations and commuting.
