Dietitian

to join a

state-of-the-art neurological centre

in Sawbridgeworth, Essex. This facility provides specialist inpatient rehabilitation and complex disability management services for individuals aged 18+ with conditions such as

acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and neuroprogressive disorders . Key Responsibilities

As a Dietitian, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage a diverse caseload and deliver tailored dietary interventions. Your primary duties include: Assessments & Care Planning:

Conduct detailed evaluations and create personalised nutrition care plans tailored to individual health needs, cultural considerations, and dietary preferences. Monitoring & Documentation:

Review and update care plans as required, maintaining accurate electronic patient records. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with community teams, nursing staff, and catering departments to support nutrition strategies and ensure dining management. Communication:

Use effective tools to interact with residents and colleagues, offering clear guidance to non-specialists when required. Supervision:

Oversee and support a dietetic assistant to ensure high-quality care delivery. What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need: Qualifications:

HCPC registration and a BSc in Dietetics or a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics. Experience:

Expertise in acquired brain injury and specialist neurological care. Commitment:
