Digital Advertising Manager

to lead our

global paid advertising efforts

and optimize campaigns across platforms. You’ll manage multi-million budgets, collaborate with various teams, and

help us grow in our priority markets UK + DE and beyond. What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Campaign Management:

Lead the team managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels to ensure the best performance for our budget.

Optimization:

Set up and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics, share insights with the team, and provide actionable recommendations.

Market Expansion:

Help us grow in new regions by tailoring campaigns for different markets and collaborating with our localization and expansion team.

E-commerce Management:

Manage the UK digital store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and engaging copywriting for a seamless customer experience.

Collaboration with other teams:

Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with our goals and resonate with audiences.

What Do We Expect from You?

Experience:

Proven track record in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with multi-million budgets.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Collaboration:

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and localization.

Knowledge of Tools:

Proficiency in advertising platforms, analytics tools, and SEO practices.

Adaptability:

Ability to adjust strategies for different regions and target audiences.

Passion:

Enthusiasm for making an impact, growing our brand, and contributing to our mission of promoting healthy living.
