This position supports a hybrid working pattern with occasional travel to multiple Essity sites. Main responsibilities Develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPI reports for digital paid activities, campaigns, websites, and SEO within a business unit, Digital Centre of Excellence, or region and develop and set benchmarks and stretch goals for each brand/target audience. Work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams on planning and customer/consumer targeting to ensure that we always use the naming and tagging convention as defined by Essity Global governance. Ensure that campaigns are monitored with the right set-up of tools through the campaign funnel together with stakeholders. Provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and improvement suggestions by monitoring, measuring, and reporting on digital activity, investment, and transformation. Present actionable strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the digital customer/consumer experience. Provide reporting and recommendations to optimize efforts to increase impressions, web traffic, web experience, and conversions via SEO, SEM, Link Building, Ad Re-Targeting, PPC, Social, Email, and other marketing channels. Required experience & competencies: Significant years of experience with digital analytics in a multichannel environment. Agency experience is a plus. Proficient with reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio, Business Objects, and Power BI. Experience and understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMRush (or similar). Experience with marketing data platforms and pipelines such as Funnel and Supermetrics. Experience with SQL and Data warehouse concepts (desirable). Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required. A desire to stay on top of emerging digital marketing and technology trends.
