The Digital and Data Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing our client's customer database with a focus on enhancing data quality, volume, and compliance. This role includes supporting teams and partners with best practices for data collection, usage, and storage in line with GDPR and company regulations. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee key digital and data solution performance and manage reporting to improve lead and chat conversion rates. Key Responsibilities

Customer Database Management Oversee the customer database, managing data extraction, reporting, and CRM campaign evaluation. Support the database transition from Siebel to Salesforce, ensuring improvements and policy compliance. Advise internal teams on data-driven decisions and compliance practices. Lead Management Manage third-party relationships to streamline lead distribution to dealers and centres. Develop reporting on lead management, focusing on conversion and performance improvement. Chat Management Coordinate with suppliers to optimize chat functionality and enhance customer experience. Generate reports on chat engagement and conversion metrics, supporting dealer and centre teams. App and System Development Participate in the roll-out of customer and data systems, including web and app solutions to improve user interaction. General Administration and Collaboration Maintain updated documentation on systems and processes. Build collaborative relationships with teams and partners, advising on digital and data solutions. Create dashboards to monitor data collection, database health, and key performance indicators. Identify and address trends and challenges in regular reporting. Experience and Knowledge

2-3 years of experience in data analysis, CRM strategy, or reporting. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce and Siebel. Strategic data management and reporting experience, with day-to-day supplier collaboration advantageous. Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; strong data presentation skills. Analytical, with strong business planning and data processing abilities. High energy, self-motivated, and proactive in approach. Able to interpret complex data and present it clearly and effectively. Strong understanding of GDPR compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Apply Today
