SSP is embarking on an exciting digital transformation, and we’re looking for a talented and forward-thinking Digital Brand Manager to drive growth for three of our iconic brands: Millie’s Cookies, Upper Crust, and AMT Coffee. In this key role, reporting to our Head of Brand and collaborating closely with the Brand Managers for each business, you’ll take ownership of our digital presence, focusing on website growth and optimisation. From enhancing functionality to improving customer engagement and conversion, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our digital platforms are at the forefront of innovation and performance. What you'll be Doing: Brand Awareness: Creating and executing a strong digital marketing strategy & execution plan (all brands) Performance Marketing; Paid Marketing Campaigns (all brands): Utilise data-driven methodologies to design, implement, and optimise prospecting algorithms, retargeting algorithms, search algorithms, and shopping algorithms for targeted audience acquisition and conversion optimisation. Overseeing audience segmentation and list management across multiple performance marketing platforms, employing advanced data segmentation techniques and audience modelling methodologies to optimise targeting precision and campaign effectiveness. Upper Crust CRM: Formulate and execute a CRM strategy to grow our database, collaborating with our brand manager to execute customer acquisition campaigns. Implement automated customer journeys to engage and retain customers. Millie’s CRM: Oversee the CRM agency's performance to ensure delivery of key targets and objectives. Partner with the Brand Manager to develop and execute a content strategy aimed at boosting both online and in-store sales. Millie’s Ecommerce: Lead the development and execution of an integrated eCommerce digital marketing strategy, orchestrating Paid, Owned, and Earned tactics across diverse digital channels. Implement advanced targeting, automation, and attribution models to drive exponential growth in eCommerce sales. Drive click and collect KPI’s and ensure omnichannel, customer first experience. Brand Websites: Maintain, update and continually grow Upper Crust & AMT websites, and other branded websites where required, optimising on and off page SEO and making regular content updates. Reporting (all brands): Manage and implement digital marketing trackers. Partner Delivery Channels (Millie’s Cookies): Ownership of 3PT delivery partnerships (including corporate/catering). To be successful in this role you will need:

Proven record in digital marketing. Proficiency in Magento: Extensive experience with the Magento backend, including the ability to navigate the platform confidently, make updates, and implement changes directly. Development guidance: A strong understanding of Magento’s capabilities to effectively liaise with and guide external agencies on larger development projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and technical best practices. Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify issues within the platform and implement solutions promptly, minimizing disruptions to the user experience. Strategic implementation: Experience in leveraging Magento to enhance website performance, improve functionality, and drive user engagement. Strong marketing knowledge and experience ideally gained within a B2C retail/hospitality environment. Data driven with high analytical skills - business and results oriented. Must be able to develop innovative ideas to drive top and bottom line, testing, learning and refining and then operationalising them. Proactive, with experience of leading projects from planning to execution. A genuine passion for the guest experience within the hospitality industry.
