Position Summary The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in integration systems analysis and integration project delivery. A demonstrable track record of delivering customer integrations involving Digital integration platforms is a must. Practical experience in Agile / Kanban is essential in fostering collaboration between our IS development teams, the BA Team, the wider business as well as external stakeholders. In addition to this skillset, we are ideally looking for an individual with some technical know-how. Previous experience getting hands-on with ERP configuration or experience with systems/program analysis is highly advantageous. Key Role Responsibilities Facilitate a bridge role between the BA team and external Digital platforms to enable customer integration, communicating and translating business operational requirements into platform-supported solutions. Work with Digital Integration platform providers to ensure technical solutions are achievable and implemented within set project timelines, whilst maintaining quality standards and that requirements are met. Support both unit testing and User Acceptance Testing with the BA and projects teams. Ensure solutions are in line with best practice, scalable, and compliant with regulations. Seek and maintain ownership of the functional requirements of Integrations supported by Digital throughout the project lifecycle. Support the BA team in the analysis of integration critical failures. Key Measures of Performance: Meeting deadlines in line with project charters and SLAs. Project success ratings and feedback from key stakeholders post integration go live. Delivered solutions perform and are designed with scalability and best practice in mind. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Attributes Skills & Abilities Clear & effective communicator at all levels, both internal customers, customers, suppliers, and partners from juniors through C-Suite. Technology agnostic, quickly able to learn and understand processes and systems. Fundamental knowledge and experience of relational databases. Excellent documentation skills. Experience & Knowledge Relevant university degree or 3+ years experience working on Digital Commerce Integration projects. Experience with Linnworks, Virtual Stock, Stock In the Channel, One Trail and/or other Digital Integration platforms. Enterprise application integration expertise, understanding of APIs, EDI, and middleware. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, utilizing Visio and Excel to create documentation. Advantageous but not essential experience & knowledge: SAP ERP / CRM exposure. ITIL v3 foundation accreditation. Experience working as a Business Analyst. Experience generating or analyzing Python scripts used in APIs. Personal Attributes Willing and able to travel. Lateral thinker with a creative mindset: strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Growth mindset and self-starter in researching topics. Job Types:
