The Role As Digital Communications Project Lead, you’ll spearhead our efforts to create personalised, engaging, and impactful customer communications. Working as part of the digital transformation team, you will: Create a communications strategy supporting our Customer Transformation Programme. Develop a framework for automation and manage automated workflows within the CRM platform to support our customer journey. Design and execute multi-channel communication solutions to increase engagement and retention. Map and enhance customer journeys, ensuring meaningful engagement at every touchpoint. Develop an analytics framework for continuous monitoring and analyse campaign performance. Champion compliance, adhering to GDPR and regulatory standards while staying ahead of marketing trends. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience (5+ years) in customer communications, email marketing, and CRM management. Proven proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo). Strong technical skills in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign performance reporting. Experience in automated workflows, particularly within CRM platforms and processes. Expertise in regulatory compliance, including GDPR, with prior experience in a regulated environment. Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders. Driving License - Essential.
