This is an opportunity for someone to love and mobilise the PiPA community in all its forms, through digital communication campaigns. Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience Hours:

21 hours per week, remote and flexible You’ll love community building and understand why people join and stay in the community - and how supported community can both instigate and bring about change in the sector. You’ll be proactive in caring for and building our community – you'll make sure they can access great digital experiences and that their voices and stories are held and amplified. You’ll be excited by automation, user journey and experience, and high click rates! You’ll be excited by possibilities and have a flexible mindset. You’ll be open to new ways of thinking and ways to work with the community to bring about change through innovative digital strategies. Day to day delivery is part of all roles at PiPA and we all share responsibility for administration. In this, you’ll bring to life and deliver our marketing and communications strategy alongside our Head of Marketing & Communications. We’re working on some big brand developments in 2025, and supported by the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll champion the PiPA Community user journey and experience. This is a new role and you’ll be supported to make it your own. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST

The Digital Community Manager will: Lead on ways to communicate with our members through our members hub and ensure the content they find is up-to date and useful. Also connect with our community – setting up emails and automation so our community receives great content. Build and manage a community of parents and carers working in the arts, delivering a strategic communication plan that promotes engagement and growth. Lead on asset/message creation for PiPA social media channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook – and create an engaged social community.
