This role reports to the Head of Creative and Content. The Digital Content Coordinator assists in creating all omni-channel marketing content initiatives to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behaviour. The candidate must have proven experience in digital and social content creation for brands, with a particular focus on email marketing and CRM. This position has a strong digital focus but works with all relevant departments to help define the brand story and create positive customer experiences to increase eCommerce revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing the eCommerce and brand marketing for Lightbox Jewelry. Support announcements, product launches, and communications by assisting with the creation of email campaigns, site content pages, product content, and press toolkits. Coordinate the eCommerce product photography and retouch, ensuring that products launch on schedule. Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels, helping to review and update all in-market content and advertising. Handle general administrative tasks as required. Social Media Management

Support the social and partnerships manager with scheduling posts on various social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and escalate where necessary. Content Creation

Assist with shoot planning, including creative ideation and campaign concepting through to product and sample coordination for shoots. Assist with copywriting needs: receiving briefs, writing or briefing copywriter, editing and reviewing content for various channels including emails and social media posts. Coordination and creation of brand emails and SMS to support campaign launches and CRM initiatives. Media

Work with designers to ensure the consistent rollout of brand campaigns across media formats and channels. Provide support in the media strategy, collaborating with the media agency and designers to ensure consistent execution of media plans. Provide input to the Head of Media to develop assets that align with media best practices which will drive performance and value to Lightbox. Qualifications

Experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role within a brand, ideally within fashion or accessories – but not essential. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent language and grammar skills. A strong ability to proof copy for errors. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to problem-solve with information at their disposal. Understand own role in relation to the team and how it contributes. Ability to manage internal stakeholders to achieve objectives. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Build strong personal and effective relationships. Take risks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Be a clear, concise, creative, and persuasive communicator (in writing and in person) across both internal and external stakeholders. Work self-sufficiently with great attention to detail. Energetic, inspires others to high performance, self-motivated with the drive to operate effectively in ambiguity.
