We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Executive who can infuse our business with fresh ideas and the passion to drive growth in the UK and Ireland markets. Your role will be a hybrid role based from home with one day a week from our Head Office in Dunstable. Working within the Marketing Team, the Digital Content Executive will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of NQA’s content pipeline - a key component of our overall marketing strategy. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the role will have a broad remit that covers our certification and training portfolio, with responsibility for developing content that meets the needs of our core audiences across web, social and print collateral. The position holder will have responsibility for maintaining our social media presence, as well as ensuring our website is updated consistently with new blog, news and video content. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement and evaluate NQA's content and plans aimed at existing customers, new customers, transfer customers and key stakeholders (e.g. consultants). Work with technical staff throughout the business to develop a consistent content pipeline in the form of blogs and news articles. Film and edit our growing video and podcast assets (client videos, video case studies, promotional snippets etc.). Work closely with business unit leads to ensure NQA is positioned as thought leaders in areas of key strategic focus (e.g. sustainability, information security). Monitor and report on content performance, ensuring actionable insights are built into future content plans. Oversee the development of rich media content such as video and infographics. Manage our social media content, ensuring regular, engaging posts are published across LinkedIn. Ensure tone of voice and brand application is consistent across all channels and review all content to ensure it is optimised for SEO. Support the team with marketing campaign collateral across email and print. Liaise with external suppliers such as graphic designers and digital agencies. Liaise with clients to develop case studies and success stories. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results. Plan and deliver the digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence, simplifying the customer journey and delivering exceptional customer service. Work with the wider commercial team to ensure the correct presentation of client-facing collateral including tender documentation. Manage and enforce the marketing team’s administrative systems on an ongoing basis (Publications library, photo bank, electronic files, design archive etc.). Essential Requirements: Professional marketing qualification (e.g. Degree, Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Postgraduate Diploma). Excellent knowledge of video editing tools and creating seamless content. Exceptional copywriting skills, with experience gained over at least 3 years in a related role. Demonstrable experience of developing content marketing campaigns that align with and deliver against business objectives. Experience in developing content in a variety of formats; from longform blogs, through to email and social media. A strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practice. The ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services. Excellent organisation skills - able to prioritise. A good understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop. The ability to analyse and report on content performance using platforms such as Google Analytics. The ability to work independently, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of the following applications: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook), Website CMS such as Kentico, Salesforce etc. as well as creative tools such as Canva. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Why work for NQA?
