To further expand our Marketing Department, we are now looking for an experienced Digital Content Producer to join our team to grow our external communications, develop marketing materials and deliver the next stage of our marketing strategy. • Capturing ‘moments of wow’ in event footage, creating behind-the-scenes content, showcasing products and themes including our themed offices through images & video footage. • Producing product & styling images for use on our website & marketing materials. • Produce targeted digital content promoting specific products, themes, seasonal ranges and bespoke services that align with business and marketing objectives. • Generate cohesive and impactful content including trend-based social media content by facilitating collaboration across various departments and the wider marketing team. • Create digital content to support the wider teams such as our Sales, Commercial & Web teams. • Use a range of tools including DSLR cameras, go-pros, time-lapse, gimbals and software to capture, edit, and present digital content for client communications, presentations and marketing materials. • Take a directorial approach during photoshoots, collaborating with our stylists to create impactful images that enhance our product offerings. • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on creative briefs, providing input on the most effective methods to achieve the desired outputs. • Developing guidance for post design & layout standards on differing social media platforms and marketing materials. • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in our brand identity through all content across all platforms. Skills/Attributes Required
Knowledge & Experience: • 2 years previous experience working in a creative digital role – desirable experience within marketing team. • Tech Savvy with ability to pick up new equipment or software quickly. • Proficiency using & managing various types of equipment such as DSLR cameras, Go-Pros, Time Lapse Cameras. • Knowledge & experience of using photo editing software such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, Avid, CapCut. • Valid UK driving licence. Skills: • Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details. • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with a diverse team. • Ability to thrive under pressure while consistently delivering high quality outputs. • Proficiency in digital graphic design tools and strong skills in photography, videography & multimedia creation. • Proficiency using editing tools, asset management software and creating content in both studio and outdoor settings. • Strong Multi-tasking abilities, quick responses to changes and effective workload prioritisation in a fast-paced environment. • Self-directed, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work and a proactive attitude under tight deadlines. • Strong Organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in adhering to brand guidelines. • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional travel to events in evenings / weekends.
