Analysing user website behaviour from usage patterns to engagement to conversion rates with a split across aspects such as digital channels (organic, direct, etc.), device, etc. Developing reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders ranging from senior leadership to entry-level colleagues. Extracting and analysing data from various sources to create a single coherent story and message. Conducting pro-active deep dive investigations to identify new insights and opportunities which inform business decisions and drive value. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics. Supporting the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme with test identification, setup, and analysis. What you’ll bring…

Previous experience working as a Digital Analyst/Web Analyst. High capability and experience with Google Analytics and the wider Google environment (e.g., Big Query). High capability and experience with Google Tag Manager. High capability with data visualisation tools such as Looker and Power BI. High capability and experience with SQL (or similar coding languages). Experience with website optimisation tools such as Webtrends, Optimizely, etc. Experience with website playback tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc. Experience with website feedback tools such as Qualtrics and awareness of qualitative analysis techniques. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets. #LI-AP1
