In your role as a Delivery Lead within the Macquarie Asset Management Digital team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our agile teams, which include Product Owners, Architects, Data Managers, Technical Leads, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts. Your mission will be to foster innovation, ensure the continuous delivery of business outcomes, and drive digital transformation across Macquarie Asset Management. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure transparency, track progress, and facilitate the realization of our digital and data strategies. What you offer

10+ years experience in agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver technology and in digital transformation Agile shop / Agile transformation organisation experience ideal Experience in and understanding of Asset Management Strong skills in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and transparency across all levels of the organization Passion for driving change and transformation, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and embracing agile ways of working We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
