Ruroc is looking to recruit a digital designer with strong UX & UI experience to work across both brand & eCommerce focused digital projects & products. This role would take the lead in propelling the Ruroc website towards best-in-class across both user & brand experience.

From improving conversion rate through constant site optimisation to creating immersive & engaging product & brand experiences - this crucial position is both creative & technical & will be responsible for creating outstanding digital experiences for Ruroc’s community of riders.

The role will have significant interaction across development, eCommerce, marketing & creative. As such the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different departments & disciplines and adept at dealing with both creative & technical briefs & concepting. The candidate can expect to have an ongoing stream of business-as-usual iteration & optimisation related to the site experience through to large scale project & campaign execution. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Oversight of, & gatekeeper for the look, feel & brand execution of the website in alignment with the Creative, Brand & eCommerce teams Manage & execute content changes onsight including banners, landing pages & other visual assets Lead the concepting & execution of constant iterative improvements to the site UX & UI Contribute to & lead the execution of campaign execution onsite Lead the prototyping of concepts & coordinate creative/asset needs with the creative team Collaborate with the eCommerce team on conversion rate optimisation Collaborate with product development teams on product & category presentation onsite Collaborate with the marketing & creative team on product launches, seasonal campaigns etc. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

Have 3 years experience in digital design, UX & UI Have knowledge of HTML & CSS preferred Have working knowledge of Javascript is beneficial Are skilled in the use of design & prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & Figma Have keen understanding of responsive design, wireframing & UX/UI design principles Have excellent creative design skills Have retail brand or agency experience (beneficial) Have extensive experience in mobile design, user journey mapping, CRO & usability testing Have experience in creating advertising creative formats Have video editing experience (beneficial) THE OFFER:
