Central Manchester (Hybrid working) About the Company: I’m currently working on behalf of an internationally recognised, luxury e-commerce beauty brand that’s experiencing rapid growth. The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a digital-first designer to bring their video and motion design expertise to a thriving, creative team. You’ll be responsible for creating dynamic video and graphic content across various channels, from social media and digital ads to website assets. Video content will be at the forefront of this role, but you’ll also have the opportunity to direct photoshoots, design animations, and collaborate on creative campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) Edit and create video content for diverse channels, from social media to internal training videos Oversee creative photoshoots, ensuring top-tier execution and attention to detail Design animated assets and graphics for digital ads and social media Retouch imagery from model and product photoshoots Create banners and assets for the company’s website Plan and design for key events and campaigns, such as Black Friday and Christmas Resize and format imagery for web optimisation Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute new, exciting ideas What We’re Looking For: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator A video-first designer who thrives on creating engaging, dynamic video content A creative individual with a perfectionist’s eye for detail and a passion for design Someone who is always pushing creative boundaries and coming up with fresh ideas An expert in typography with a deep understanding of design principles A team player who enjoys collaboration and thrives in a creative environment Agile and able to work across a variety of mediums and formats Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment At least 2 years of experience in a design role A relevant degree or qualification in design or a related field A diverse portfolio that showcases your creativity, ideas, and execution Desirable: Experience within the beauty or fashion industry A portfolio showcasing a blend of video and graphic design work What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 (DOE) Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Central Manchester office location Company laptop and pension scheme Opportunities for growth and progression in a fast-paced, creative environment If you're a passionate, video-focused designer looking for maximum creative freedom in a growing brand, I’d love to hear from you.
