Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work closely with the marketing team to create visuals for organic social media posts, paid social ads, digital collateral, and website content. Design engaging and innovative creatives for learndirect and its brands, including SmileWisdom, i-to-i, Animal Courses Direct, LEAP Academy, and The Training Room. Deliver high-quality designs on an ad hoc basis with quick turnarounds to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Immerse yourself in brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all mediums and campaigns. Produce a variety of design styles, including static carousels, motion graphics, and multimedia designs tailored to diverse platforms and audiences. Apply an understanding of online user behaviour to ensure designs are optimised for an intuitive and impactful user experience. Support on ad hoc web projects related to the user experience. Liaise effectively with the wider business and key stakeholders to align designs with business objectives. What we are looking for in you: Proven experience as a Digital Designer, working in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva. Ability to design for multiple brands while maintaining consistency with individual brand guidelines. Knowledge of social media trends and how content is consumed online. Quick, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Experience within education or online learning sectors. Familiarity with UX/UI principles. Understanding of accessibility in digital design. Passionate about staying ahead of design trends. Marketing or equivalent degree or qualification. Why work with Us? Complete a funded course of your choice after your probation period.
