As part of the Activation team, the Account Director will be responsible for client roadmaps, growth plans and the strategic paid social and programmatic planning.
The Role: Develop and execute client Paid Social and Programmatic strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create long-term account plans and lead quarterly business reviews to drive account growth and client success. Mentor and manage a team, conducting performance reviews, and fostering career development. Partner with vendors to deliver integrated digital media strategies. Leverage data insights to enhance media and creative strategies across digital channels. Support sales efforts by contributing to pitch strategy and presenting compelling recommendations.
The Candidate: 7 years plus of agency-side experience in digital planning/operations across programmatic display, video, or paid social. Proven line management experience with excellent communication and people skills. Skilled in delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Strong technical and analytical abilities for campaign optimisation.
