As a Digital Assistant, your focus will be supporting our Lush Digital team in growing Digital sales, assisting with the creation and implementation of content, with a particular focus on our fantastic product range, from Bath Bombs to Spa Treatments. Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change. Key Responsibilities

Assist with new product launches and a backlog of historical product data for use with systems utilized across the business. Support content changes for our Digital and Retail business, merchandising, website settings, and other ad hoc tasks or projects. Organize your work and communicate inter-departmentally across the business to meet deadlines. Update and maintain documentation quickly and accurately to ensure all relevant data is implemented correctly. React to urgent changes and updates, especially those that impact the team and the wider business. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a passionate individual. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proactive in gathering information in a timely manner, ensuring everything necessary is available by the agreed deadlines. The ability to switch between tasks cross-functionally. Proven ability to understand and update information accurately on technical systems. Meticulous admin maintenance for reporting and communications. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure we offer a 5* customer experience across all platforms. Strong IT, numerical, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills - able to manage deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously as well as adapt to changing priorities. Bonus knowledge:

Knowledge of LUSH products. Interested in e-commerce and digital commerce. Saleor, SAAS, and headless e-commerce. Knowledge of third-party middleware systems.
