Job Title: Digital Experience Solutions Manager Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Location: Edinburgh, London, Alderley Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 5th February 2025 The Digital Marketing Solutions Manager will lead the digital experience across our websites. This involves partnering with Brand & Marketing, Product Teams, Digital Marketing and leading a flexible team to develop strategies and plans that deliver key customer and commercial outcomes. The role includes orchestrating and leading the design and delivery of engaging digital marketing activities across our websites. The Manager will define the digital marketing strategy for cross audience outcomes (Customer, Adviser or Employer), leading a hybrid team to deliver a roadmap of changes. Additionally, the Manager will be an inspiring strategic digital change-maker, translating Brand & Marketing objectives into a programme of work that supports the digital transformation agenda and commercial objectives while being the custodian of the digital customer experience. About the role: Improve website performance and create digital solutions aligned with audience needs, lead the digital marketing journey design and optimisation roadmap for the website. Mobilise and lead a flexible team to deliver outcomes on specific projects across audiences. Partner with various stakeholders to enhance the digital customer experience. Manage the digital experience solutions roadmap and present initiatives to stakeholders. Set best-in-class standards across the Digital Marketing team. About You: Extensive experience in delivering digital customer experience solutions on public websites. Excellent understanding of digital customer experience and user-centric design. Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing channels. Experience in multi-channel customer journey strategy and delivery. Highly collaborative with strong data-supported POV. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. A focus on customer experience and outcome.
