design & implement omnichannel solutions

for CHANEL Fashion, ensuring low friction & high adoption rates across our retail teams. Through

building & nurturing strong relationships

across the business, they will

propose innovative and locally relevant

digital solutions to embrace the Business strategic vision and targets. The Program Lead will manage digital projects in relation with the advisor app, using

strategic and analytical skills

to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap. They will also consolidate the advisor app requirements from other divisions, regions and departments, arbitrating and escalating through the correct channels to build alignment on a common project roadmap. What impact you can create at Chanel: 1/ Strategic Alignment & vision Propose a strategic vision and implementation of the FA omnichannel journey in alignment with the Business priorities and realities. Document key inputs across the business and obtain sign off from stakeholders. Lead discussions with the two other divisions, departments & Canada to align on the tool 3-div roadmap. Work with Head of Marketing & Client Strategy and the Head of Client Solutions to evolve the organisation and resourcing of the project as needed. 2/ Roadmap & Resources management: Manage the business resource across various departments, divisions and regions, leading meetings and workshops. Assess the other Regions and Competitors Clienteling Digital initiative and propose relevant initiatives for the UK Market. Gain and use knowledge of overall digital roadmaps & project to challenge individual departments where necessary. Propose & prioritise solutions with a view of the overall journey and user needs. 3/ Project Management and Digital initiatives coaching: Co-lead with IT counterpart Steerco meetings to update business on the status of the project. Overall management of the project from a business perspective and identification of technical and legal dependencies and risks. Oversee Backlog management and prioritisation of business priorities throughout project. Write test scripts and co-ordinate the test plan. Support Canada onboarding by managing the local resources for a successful discovery and roll out plan. Provide guidance and coaching to other departments to progress on their own Digital projects sharing best practices. Provide guidance to the other 2 divisions for their my360 onboarding both on the specification and engagement plan perspectives. 4/ Business Change Management: Communicate and align business change with key stakeholders. Design user engagement plan to ensure highest adoption of digital initiatives. Review and sign off documentation produced by the my360 Project Coordinator. Escalate any blocked points to the right stakeholders. What you will bring to the role: 7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role. Experience leading digital initiative in a Retail environment, multi system integration project. Solution-oriented mindset to ensure the fashion business goals are met. Excellent documentation and written skills to interact with different levels seniority. Good communication skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively, influence and escalate when necessary.
