GRAPHIC DESIGNER (DIGITAL) Reporting into the Lead Creative, this person will work closely with Brand, Editorial and Marketing teams to create best in class

assets, from paid IG to emails and editorial features. Supported by the Senior Graphic Designer, they will use their creative flair to ensure that brief objectives are met, and brand guidelines are upheld. The successful candidate will apply their creative skills and graphic eye to bring concepts to life with a customer-first, commercial mindset. We are looking for a candidate with solid

graphic design experience, so please ensure examples are included in your portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, present and deliver weekly emails and seasonal email templates Create website assets from homepages to banners in Appliance CMS Curate and edit images for email and paid marketing assets Work with our UI designer to continuously improve our web design and brand style guide (Figma) Create digital assets, both static, motion and animated, ensuring they are innovative, engaging and on brand Ensure assets are creatively coherent and meet brand standards, defined by our Lead Creative Identify opportunities to utilise new channels and technologies (AI) S KILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years experience in similar/relevant graphic design role Adobe CS - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

(essential) Excellent knowledge in digital design and optimisation (desktop, mobile, tablet, social platforms) Experience using Figma Expertise in animation and video editing Experience using AI to support efficient and more creative ways of working (desirable) Knowledge of working with a CMS and creative tools like Creatopy Strong eye for typography design and proven experience creating own type concepts Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines efficiently. Enjoys learning new skills and systems at speed Used to working in a fast paced and highly reactive environment A confident communicator and presenter A self-starter who also thrives when working collaboratively Exceptional taste level and eye for image curation particularly around fashion Competent image editing/retouching skills Be up to date with all graphic design industry trends We are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in everything we do.
