Ensure all online learning provisions are evaluated consistently and regularly to monitor and report on learner experience, accessibility and provide accurate completion rates. Lead the design and planning of online learning products with content owners and external delivery partners as required. Use instructional design principles to implement programmes of online learning, focusing on quality, collaboration, learner motivation and engagement. Assist and advise colleagues on aligning course design with intended learning outcomes. You will be required to have relevant experience including a working knowledge of digital technologies applied to adult learning and development. You will also need thorough working knowledge of the systems and tools used within the job role, such as Cornerstone Learning, ideally including authoring tools (such as Rise, Articulate, Storyline) and other applications and platforms (such as Adobe Suite, Vyond).
