Our client, a leading London university, is looking to appoint a temporary Digital Learning Manager to play a pivotal part in the digital transformation of their staff learning offer. This role is starting as soon as possible and running until early May in the first instance. They offer hybrid working, requiring you to be on site in central London 2 days per week, including Monday as the team anchor day. The role holder will use their expertise in learning design methodologies, including new and emerging approaches such as AI technologies, systems and tools alongside their knowledge of adult learning theories to build and implement a digital learning strategy that provides learners with enhanced learning pathways. Key Duties Include:

Ensure all online learning provisions are evaluated consistently and regularly to monitor and report on learner experience, accessibility and provide accurate completion rates. Lead the design and planning of online learning products with content owners and external delivery partners as required. Use instructional design principles to implement programmes of online learning, focusing on quality, collaboration, learner motivation and engagement. Assist and advise colleagues on aligning course design with intended learning outcomes. You will be required to have relevant experience including a working knowledge of digital technologies applied to adult learning and development. You will also need thorough working knowledge of the systems and tools used within the job role, such as Cornerstone Learning, ideally including authoring tools (such as Rise, Articulate, Storyline) and other applications and platforms (such as Adobe Suite, Vyond).
