Digital Marketing Specialist

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with a talented team of marketers to drive impactful campaigns. Please note this position is working at our London, Ontario office. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online deliverables to our clients. Market Research:

Identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities to optimize marketing efforts. Campaign Management:

Create and manage diverse campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI. SEO Optimization:

Research and implement effective keywords to improve search engine rankings. Optimize website elements, including titles, meta descriptions, and alt tags. Create and refine website content and blogs to align with SEO best practices.

Link-Building:

Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources. Blog Writing:

Creating SEO rich blogs for client websites. Content Collection:

Capturing high-quality content through videography, photography, and drone footage for use across digital platforms.

(Nice to have) Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels. Industry Trends:

Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge. ________________________________________ Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with tools such as: Google Suite and Microsoft Suite SEMrush and Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) ________________________________________ Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications or hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
