Junior Digital Marketing Analyst , you will play a crucial role in delivering insights and reporting on digital marketing activities, spanning performance marketing, CRM, and website analytics. To start, your role will focus on supporting data-driven decisions, optimizing digital campaigns, and helping inform strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves a combination of data analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable insights to cross-functional teams, enhancing the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be the go-to department expert for reporting and insights. Operating in the dynamic and fast-paced world of private aviation, this role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies to engage a discerning, high-net-worth audience and their unique path to purchase. Your analytical expertise will help uncover trends, measure campaign success, and identify areas of opportunity to enhance the customer experience, improve lead conversion rates, and maximize ROI. Analysing marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Generating regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations that provide insights into sales performance and KPIs for the sales team and senior management. Collaborating with multiple departments to provide data-driven insights and support sales initiatives, preparing visually compelling presentations to communicate effectively with other departments. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation to support sales strategies. Assisting in sales forecasting and budgeting processes to help achieve sales targets. Ensuring data integrity in customer relationship management (CRM) software to provide necessary information to the marketing team. Identifying and recommending process improvements that can enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Collecting and analysing customer, marketing, and web behavioural data. Testing campaigns, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance. Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations. Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies. Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports. Communicating and presenting findings to colleagues, senior managers, and clients. Monitoring and analysing digital media and marketing trends. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms. Familiarity with audience segmentation and customer data analysis. Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms. Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, Microsoft BI, and Data Studio. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Analytics-driven: ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adapt content strategies based on data. Collaborative team player: experience working within a cross-functional team (designers, CRM specialists, marketing managers). Attention to detail: a sharp eye for detail, ensuring all reporting data is error-free. Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering work on time and to brief. Demonstrates a proactive approach to projects and strong self-motivation, taking initiative to identify and resolve challenges independently while driving continuous improvement. Ability to create clear, impactful presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Advantageous Skills

Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) will be useful but is not essential. Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work accurately with numbers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Eagerness to learn and capture opportunities in a sales-led environment.
