As the company is expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Automation Executive to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Automation Executive within our team, you will play a pivotal role in the meticulous management, analysis, and leveraging of data to drive strategic marketing decisions through the customer journey. Your expertise will be critical in optimising customer interactions, enhancing experiences, and ultimately fostering customer retention and loyalty. This position calls for a detail-focused professional with expertise in digital and email marketing, dedicated to driving business goals through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Automation

Implement and maintain automated flow workflows. From ideation, creative direction, content creation, quality control review, implementation, and post-launch analysis to ensure best practice and consistency of service for our customer. Optimise customer journeys through data-driven insights, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Successfully manage multi-channel databases to achieve both ambitious and attainable growth targets. Take a holistic approach, tailoring automations for individual stores or the entire group to create a unified and thoughtful brand experience. Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Klaviyo and YotPo, with the support of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel, to streamline processes. Data Management and Analysis

Meticulously collect and manage data from multiple sources, demonstrating an unwavering attention to detail. Perform thorough analysis to discern impactful trends and generate actionable recommendations. Translate business and customer insights into compelling marketing automation strategies that align with our company's values and goals. Consider key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates (CVR), click-through rates (CTR), and database growth. Regularly furnish comprehensive reports on key metrics and performance indicators to wider team. Templates and Compliance

Maintain marketing multichannel databases, customer data and activity in compliance with relevant policies and laws, including GDPR and group terms and conditions. Develop and update templates, ensuring alignment with policies and inclusion of essential information. From time-to-time, undertake activities as necessary that are outside of key roles and responsibilities as required by the needs of the business. Financial performance: Make sure our budgets are controlled and spent in accordance with our forecasts and budgets agreed as needed. Safety: Ensure that all activities are conducted safely without danger to personnel or equipment. KPI

Develop and maintain automated flows, ensuring timely delivery of customer journey optimisation to support business goals. Drive database growth across all touchpoints ensuring an increased marketable database for SMS and email. Informed reporting and useful analysis that advises on future strategies and activity. A high level of personal integrity, dependability, and a clear communicator. Great project management skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. Analytical and data skills. Desirable Relevant software/platform accreditation. Experience working within an e-commerce or digital agency setting. Interest in home improvements and or DIY. Experience of a high-growth, fast-moving environment. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Working on multiple brands. An understanding of the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Privacy legislation.
