Digital Marketing Coordinator & Channel Manager. Key responsibilities will include: Crafting unique digital campaigns to magnify new release’s impact. Working with Artists and their teams on social media execution. Engaging new fanbases with a view to grow and retain existing ones. Working directly with the Label Manager on marketing campaigns across live events, albums, and single releases. Handling the day-to-day management of the labels’ social media and D2C channels. Managing the content calendar. Drafting copy for posts on label channels. Creating campaign assets and outsourcing this where needed. Optimising image and video assets for each social media platform. Posting content across a range of label channels. Understanding data to make recommendations and improve action. Adding to best practice knowledge with data insight and learnings. Requirements: Experience managing social media for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, and Mailchimp. Previous experience driving social media activation. Experience running free/paid marketing campaigns. Graphic design, filming, and content creation skills using software such as Photoshop. Awareness of industry trends. Interest in new technologies. Able to collaborate and work independently. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
