Key Responsibilities: Create engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and copy for social media, web, and marketing materials. Manage and grow digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. Develop content calendars, publish high-quality website content, and optimise for SEO. Analyse channel performance, generate reports, and use insights to inform future campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and marketing opportunities. Skills & Experience: At least 12 months of experience in graphic design and digital content creation in a construction-related sector Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and video editing skills are a plus. Familiarity with managing social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and working with WordPress. Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills, with a flair for engaging copy. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
