Annotating key information for future reference such as key product, issues, and events. Conducting site walks throughout the day to raise any potential issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement, imagery and general housekeeping. Attributing the site to improve the customer journey and marketing pushes. Working closely with core merchandising, buyers, and marketing to sign off all products for marketing activity, to get the best out of the stock and ranges that are getting back as a business. Collaborating with the wider digital marketing teams (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, ECRM) to ensure that all product-related activity from keywords, ranking and links are appropriate. Development of the merchandising team. Point of contact for new technology that is brought in to improve the site and general launch maintenance.
