Manage and optimize specific digital channels, including e-commerce, social media, affiliates, and performance marketing platforms. Develop and execute growth strategies for performance marketing across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and retargeting platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Plan, formulate, and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms, and generate detailed performance reports. Monitor and maintain Cost of Sale (COS) within budget while maximizing ROI and achieving growth targets. Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics to generate actionable insights for ads optimization, A/B testing, and website improvements. Research and propose innovative paid advertising strategies to enhance campaign performance and explore new opportunities. Collaborate with CRM, merchandising, marketing, buying, and finance teams to align strategies and achieve cross-functional goals. Work closely with creative and campaign teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Empower creative ideas and innovations within performance marketing channels to drive optimization. Prepare detailed campaign objectives, targets, and anticipated ROI for each major campaign, ensuring a data-driven approach to execution. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, challenge underperforming efforts, and propose effective solutions to improve outcomes. Drive key focus areas strategically to ensure effective and impactful results. Possess a strong understanding of athleisure fashion trends and consumer preferences to tailor marketing strategies effectively. Handle ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required to support broader team and business goals. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing. Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and Power BI. Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media tools and platforms. Proven experience in executing and analyzing marketing plans. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. How do your skills match this job?
