About Us We are recruiting for one of our clients PHS Group, who are a leading provider of essential workplace services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Digital marketing is at the heart of their strategy to engage with customers and grow their business. They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The role is initially offered as a 3-month contract but will be extended to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of their digital marketing strategies across PHS Group and its sub-divisions. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to engage customers and enhance our online presence. Supporting SEO efforts, including on-page optimisation, keyword research, and link building. Assisting in the development of Local SEO campaigns to boost visibility in specific regions. Contributing creative ideas and research for content marketing strategies. Supporting website updates and maintenance using our CMS (Umbraco experience desirable but not essential). Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and ahrefs. Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

What We're Looking For Required Skills and Attributes: A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in this field. Basic knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, and PPC concepts. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for measuring website performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable Skills: Experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred, but not essential). Basic knowledge of HTML or UX/UI principles. Familiarity with tools such as ahrefs, PowerBI, or Salesforce.

What We Offer A starting salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Flexible working arrangement: 2-3 days working from home and 2-3 days in the office. Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. A supportive and collaborative team environment.
