The role: Daily creation of content for social media for multiple brands. Scheduling content, conducting analysis, reporting and closely monitoring social media channels and engagement. Responding to customer enquiries via social media. Writing engaging, SEO optimised copy for company blog, website and marketing communications. Support with managing and maintaining e-commerce sites. Uploading new content to websites, updating products, creating new pages and optimising/editing existing content using WordPress and WooCommerce CMS. Creating email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. Assist with managing digital advertising such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads. Analysing traffic and engagement on the websites, producing reports with propositions on improvement and optimisation. Working as part of a team by assisting with photoshoots, content creation and event organisation. Experience/Skills Required:

Excellent written and proofreading skills. Good knowledge of Google Analytics. Social Media management experience. Understanding of SEA with experience in keyword research. Experience in using Photoshop and other Adobe creative tools. Photography and basic video editing skills are advantageous. Creative flair with attention to detail. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience of working in a multi-brand environment.
