required for leading Hampshire Charity About Our Client My client is a charity with offices based in Gosport. Job Description As the Digital Marketing Executive you will have the following: Lead and execute campaigns across all digital platforms including social media, newsletters, digital adverts and SEO Create engaging content for social media, website and newsletter (race reports when required) Produce creative content including video, imagery and blog posts Manage the company website including content updates, CSS styling and liaise with external technical support Run the event management database Manage and update the photo and video libraries Work closely with in-house departments and external technical teams Attend host port planning visits and Tall Ships Race destinations Liaise with media personnel during the Tall Ships Races Maintain and update customer databases Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (KPI's) Identify new and emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities. The role will require availability for foreign travel throughout the year. Presence in port during sailing races in the summer is also an essential part of the role and a valid passport is essential. The Successful Applicant The successful Digital Marketing Executive will have the following: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar marketing role Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Premier Pro/Indesign/Photoshop) Proven experience in creating video content Strong knowledge of website Analytics and reporting Experience of social media management tools Demonstrable experience working with Wordpress content management system and delivering ongoing website content updates Knowledge of direct marketing platforms would be desired but not essential.
