to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Post regularly

with relevant updates, industry insights, and thought leadership content. Monitor and track performance metrics , including engagement, reach, and lead generation. Email Marketing Campaigns

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute email campaigns that nurture leads and support the sales pipeline. Monitor key email metrics

(open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights to optimise future campaigns. Client Communications Support

- Assist in the creation and distribution of digital communications, such as newsletters and client updates, to keep current and prospective clients engaged. Monitor client feedback

and develop campaigns to address common questions while reinforcing the brand's messaging. Ensure all client-facing content

aligns with the brand's voice and tone. Data Analysis & ROI Tracking

- Regularly analyse digital marketing performance across various channels, focusing on website analytics, social media, and email campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and HubSpot

to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations

to improve marketing strategies, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

Who We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the tech, sustainability, or B2B sectors. Proven ability to manage website performance, including SEO, user experience, and conversion optimisation. Experience creating landing pages and developing gated content for lead capture.
