We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our brand, manage social channels, create engaging content, and support our marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do: Boost and lead brand presence across social media and digital platforms. Manage and optimise websites using SEO best practices. Create engaging graphical and written content for campaigns, newsletters, and more. Track and report performance metrics to improve strategies. Train and support teams on marketing best practices. Work in partnership with the Head of Sales to boost business wins Consult, aid and support recruiters to achieve their business goals What We’re Looking For: Experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns) from the recruitment industry Must be self-confident in themselves and their work, able to prioritise tasks. Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp. Strong content creation skills (written and graphical). A self-starter with excellent communication, flawless written abilities, project management, and creative skills. Bring fresh ideas to the business from your previous recruitment market experience.
