Quick Staff UK is pleased to be the recruitment partner of choice for a leading retailer based in the Ascot area. This is an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their innovative, sustainability-focused team to help promote their global direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day a week based in our client’s office in Ascot. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management:

Develop engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and publish posts; monitor and engage with the community; analyse performance metrics to optimise engagement. Paid Advertising:

Assist in planning and tracking PPC and social media ad campaigns, providing insights to improve results. Ambassador/Influencer Management:

Build and maintain relationships with ambassadors/influencers, coordinate content creation, and evaluate impact. Email Marketing:

Execute D2C email campaigns using Klaviyo, manage automated flows, and segment databases for personalised communication. SEO & Analytics:

Optimise website content for organic traffic and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, preparing monthly reports on key metrics. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo. Strong analytical skills with experience in social media, email marketing, SEO, and campaign reporting. Highly organised, creative, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
