Elanders UK operates across 3 sites; North Tyneside, Nottingham and Birmingham. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in North Tyneside. About you As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will deliver results-based activity in support of the overall Elanders UK Marketing function, supporting sales growth, performance, customer satisfaction & delivery quality. You will have a desire to work and contribute to a dynamic and driven marketing & sales environment where delivery of results is the norm and hitting targets and objectives is commonplace. What we want to achieve To deliver results-based activity in support of the overall Elanders business goals, supporting sales growth, performance, quality and customer satisfaction. Personal development and job satisfaction. To actively support the delivery of lead generation and demand engagement resulting in sales, growth & value across a variety of partners & customers and within agreed products & services. To engage with a proactive approach in multi-channel activity positively impacting sales lead generation & prospecting, sales enquiry qualification, quotations & estimating, product knowledge, stakeholder interaction, brand visibility and awareness. Design, coordinate and deliver the marketing activities for Elanders UK. Coordinate & manage a portfolio of campaigns, media channels, content and activities to generate leads, enquiries and sales opportunities. Create positive brand influence and increased visibility of the Elanders business. Design & delivery of Digital Marketing campaigns Ensure that all media are updated to maximise SEO & content Manage inbound lead generation & qualify marketing responses Manage results, data and reporting to establish performance & ROI Develop Social media strategies to build audiences and create visibility, engagement & brand awareness/loyalty Identify & build relationships with external partners & influencers Inbound enquiry management Outbound sales enquiry interaction via phone, e-mail, digital & written media Develop the PR/media channel with partners Internal activist for Marketing & Business Development Create direct marketing channels & campaigns through suitable channels i.e. email, SMS & QR codes Optimise automation and scheduling for campaigns and outbound messaging Create monthly reporting for marketing activity and outcomes Build individual knowledge for online techniques, trends and strategies to maximise results Creation and management of a rolling quarterly Marketing plan Skills, Qualifications, & Experience Developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new opportunities, existing customers & drive growth Exposure to B2B marketing/commercial environments Experience of monitoring performance and creating reports & data Conducting research and analysing data to identify & define audiences Management of websites/data/Analytics Ability to organise & coordinate events and exhibitions Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally & written; critically, the job holder must be confident able to communicate & engage effectively with (and to) people at all levels Experience Designing & managing PPC/Google ads & Social media Ads Experience of using CMS (content management systems) either bespoke or such as Wordpress, Squarespace Knowledge & experience of using Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge & experience of using Hubspot or similar CRM Platforms Everything else you need to know ·Based at our head office in North Tyneside ·Free onsite parking ·Working with a brilliant team of people ·08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 to 14.00 on Friday ·Pension & Life assurance after a qualifying period ·Salary £24,000 What next Send your CV or register your interest with Ryan.Blakemore@elanders.com Seniority level
