Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, the successful candidate will support the development and execution of campaigns aimed at boosting eCommerce performance, expanding our digital presence, and optimising our customer journey.


Key Responsibilities


SEO & Website Optimisation:

o Perform keyword research, competitor keyword GAP analysis, on-page optimisation, and SEO audits to improve website ranking and visibility.

o Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital content aligns with SEO best practices.

o Track and report SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement.


Paid Media & Campaign Management:

o Develop, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.

o Reintroduce and manage TikTok Ads, collaborating with the content team to ensure consistent and engaging video content.

o Analyse PPC performance data to refine and improve ad targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.

o Collaborate with external partners and work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align paid media strategies with overall business objectives.

o Oversee Google Ads campaigns, monitor conversions, and track product performance to enhance consumer-focused campaigns.

o Monitor and analyse paid campaign performance, adjusting budgets to meet goals and enhance ROI.

o Assist with Amazon Marketplace, create A+ content, enhance product listings, keyword research, case management, utilising tools to maximise search rankings.


eCommerce Management:

o Oversee eCommerce site updates, including product listings, descriptions, images, coupon creation and pricing.

o Manage inventory on Shopify and WooCommerce, ensuring optimal user experience and smooth purchasing processes.

o Collaborate with customer service to address any website-related customer inquiries.

o Assist with the CRO and A/B Testing website strategy. Enhancing the UX/UI experience across our eCommerce platforms.

o Assist with new product launches by setting up new products on the website, building landing pages and setting up review generation.

o Campaign planning, outlining website activity plans for larger campaigns such as Summer Sale / Black Friday / Spring Sale / Christmas. Asset planning and looking at what products are going to be key SKUs during each promotional period.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

o Design and execute retargeting and lead generation campaigns to increase customer acquisition and loyalty.

o Use primary data to fine-tune audience targeting and build segmented, high-converting campaigns.

o Create innovative and compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives action.

o Explore and implement potential loyalty programs to improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates.

Email Marketing:

o Develop, schedule, and analyse email marketing campaigns and SMS initiatives through Klaviyo to drive engagement and conversion, with an emphasis on personalisation and customer retention.

o Work with the creative team to create impactful email content that resonates with our audience, or if you can create them, even better.

o Monitor email performance and recommend data-driven strategies for improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Content & Creative Strategy:

o Collaborate with the social media and content creation teams to ensure the best ad creatives are used across all paid channels.

o Proactively develop creative strategies for digital ads, incorporating insights from competitor analysis and industry trends.

o Take the lead on copywriting for ad campaigns, blog content, and website updates, incorporating insights from in-house experts.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance.

o Contribute insights to inform marketing strategies and support continuous improvement across campaigns.

o Digital meeting preparation, update the wider team on current performance, competitor activity, and any upcoming website projects.


About You


· Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce or a similar industry, with hands-on experience in SEO and PPC management.

· Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, WooCommerce, and email marketing software including Klaviyo.

· Analytical Skills & Budget Management: Strong analytical capabilities, with experience interpreting data and optimising campaigns based on insights and the ability to adjust campaigns accordingly.

· Project Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to work within tight deadlines.

· Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams. Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media Executive to ensure alignment across campaigns and cohesive brand messaging.

· Passion for Beauty: A strong interest in the beauty industry, with an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
