The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day developments required on the toob website. This role will work within the digital marketing team to create and edit web pages, implement tagging/tracking, support in optimising the site for SEO, and report on website trends to help drive conversions.
A strong knowledge of web journey optimisation and user experience monitoring/reporting is a must. Knowledge of CMS systems, particularly WordPress, is also important. Experience in HTML/CSS coding would be useful, alongside any experience in conducting conversion rate testing.
As our Digital Marketing Executive your key responsibilities will:
Support in editing and monitoring the toob.co.uk website
Create and implement new landing pages & web pages across multiple environments
Responsible for tracking, reporting and analysing the performance of digital marketing activities
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, market trends, and consumer behaviour online
Web journey/user experience: Knowledge of, or a keen interest to develop and learn in this area
Lead/demand generation experience
Knowledge of programmes including WordPress, GA4, Hot Jar & HubSpot
What you’ll bring to toob:
Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing
Experience with WordPress, or alternative CMS, and plugins
Experience and interest in optimising websites to improve search engine visibility
Experience in GA4 & Google Tag Manager
Experience with HubSpot (CRM) system or other email automation platforms
Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format
Experience in GDPR and data protection
Highly motivated and passionate about marketing
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment
Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
Technical/Professional Qualifications:
2+ years' experience working in Digital Marketing and CMS systems like WordPress
Apprenticeship or degree in either Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar
