Job Description Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels. Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content. Update and optimize the hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels, and online listings. Review and monitor the hotel’s competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal. Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels. Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at hotel level including but not limited to SEO, Display, Paid Social, and Metasearch. Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines. Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance. Monitor and assist in ensuring rate parity together with the Revenue Director/Manager throughout all online distribution channels. Monitor and reply to online reviews.

Additional Information Knowledge and Hotels Experience Minimum Diploma holder and above. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of video and photo editing tools. Basic knowledge of HTML. Experience in using Adobe Experience Manager program for digital content management. Oral fluency in English and Mandarin with written excellence in English. Ability to speak other languages and/or basic understanding of other languages is an advantage. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees. Service-oriented with an eye for details. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team. Good presentation and influencing skills. Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively. Ability to work independently and has good initiative in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated and energetic. High integrity and able to keep confidentiality. Sense of urgency.
