Digital Marketing Executive , you’ll drive impactful, engaging digital marketing campaigns for both Bright and our clients. Your work will span paid media, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and SEO. This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers results. If you’re a self-starter with a collaborative mindset, you’ll fit right in! Key responsibilities Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to design and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns for Bright and our clients. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies using organic, paid, social, and email channels. Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results and create reports. Implement and manage Google Ads, SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns. Conduct audience research and identify key targeting opportunities. Oversee website updates, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and audit recommendations. Manage content, sponsored advertising, and ongoing website optimization efforts. What we’re looking for Proven experience crafting and executing digital marketing strategies. Hands-on expertise in paid advertising (PPC), paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred). Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram & LinkedIn Ads Manager. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics. Up-to-date understanding of the latest trends and best practices across paid, earned, and owned channels. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. What’s in it for you?
