We are looking for an energetic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our thriving group, supporting four distinct business divisions. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be essential in driving digital marketing strategies to elevate our brands, engage audiences, and support revenue growth. Working across a variety of industries, you’ll develop and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. You will also: Develop high-quality, visually appealing content for social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate with our creative marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with our goals and values. Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimise content strategies accordingly. Manage LinkedIn ads to boost brand awareness. Support with internal and external communications, creating accurate and engaging copy for the website and PR outlets. Create and update marketing materials like banners, posters, and leaflets. Maintain our websites (WordPress) and contribute to SEO efforts for increased visibility. The Person: We are looking for a passionate individual with energy and drive to make an impact across our group of companies. Ideally, you’ll have: Creative flair and experience in digital content creation. Organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in IT, including WordPress and Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Communication abilities to build strong relationships and engage audiences. Experience with paid advertising and managing costs. A proactive and motivated approach, coupled with strong attention to detail. Prior experience within a similar role.
