Are you a results-driven paid media professional with a passion for delivering exceptional campaigns? JE Consulting is seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients, on social media. Key Responsibilities Creating comprehensive paid advertising plans across different platforms, including budget allocation, targeting options, and creative development. Work closely with clients, reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements where necessary. Developing compelling ad content and imagery that captures attention and drives engagement across platforms. Monitoring and optimising paid campaigns, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative based on performance data to maximise ROI. Identifying and targeting relevant customer segments on different platforms using demographic and behavioural data. Tracking campaign metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Staying updated on the latest features and functionalities of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc. Working closely with clients to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals. What we’re looking for: Proven experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads A creative eye and experience using tools like Canva to develop visually engaging content for campaigns A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager About JE Consulting JE Consulting has been established for over 25 years, delivering exceptional marketing solutions to a wide range of B2B, professional services, and SaaS software clients.
