Our client, a multi-award-winning franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with sites across England, is currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working remotely, you will be expected to visit our client's dealerships along the M4 corridor (Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Heathrow etc.) at least three times per week. Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Executive will include:

Support our client's Marketing Department to develop and implement content campaigns for their website and associated social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook) that align with business goals. Analyse social media data and insights to track performance and make recommendations for improvement whilst reporting KPIs on output. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos. Cultivate and nurture relationships online, proactively engaging with relevant individuals and groups to grow our client's community. Support other communications activities by monitoring and responding to customer enquiries. Keep up to date on competitor brands, social media trends, advancements, and best practices and implement them as appropriate into monthly strategy. Hit targets by monitoring performance regularly to understand the effectiveness of strategy and creativity and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role requires the ability to develop innovative and aesthetic ideas for social content on all digital platforms that align with our client's brand. Therefore, you should have previous experience in a digital marketing role, either for a company or through significantly growing your own social media presence. Additionally, you should have proven experience in the creation and development of digital marketing content and have excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest and their respective audiences. You will have the ability to work with image and video editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut. You will also be familiar with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. Overall, you will have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, be a team player, a resilient person with strong coping skills, and have an attention to quality and detail. A UK driving licence with minimal points is mandatory, and any experience working in or with the automotive industry would be beneficial but is non-essential.
