About the Role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a key player in visually communicating our brand and value proposition across various digital channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging designs that capture attention, drive engagement, and support our marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:

Design a wide range of visually appealing marketing assets, including: Social media graphics (static and animated) Email marketing templates and visuals Blog post graphics and featured images Infographics and data visualisations Website banners and landing page graphics Marketing brochures, flyers, and other printed materials Digital advertising creatives Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and other team members to understand project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Trend Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape. Image Optimisation:

Optimise graphics for various digital platforms and ensure they are visually appealing and functional across different devices. Creative Ideation:

Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and content initiatives. Support for Design Department:

Be able to support the Design department with their work on an ad hoc basis. Qualifications and Skills: Proven Design Skills:

A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in graphic design, specifically within a digital marketing context. Software Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Digital Marketing Understanding:

A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how design contributes to campaign success. Visual Communication:

Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals. Creativity and Innovation:

A passion for design and a creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas. Adaptability:

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication and Teamwork:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
