We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us for a 12 month FTC. You will deliver LGIM’s digital marketing strategy, with an emphasis on leading LGIM’s approach to digital content and email marketing to promote scalability, growth initiatives and better client experience. You will support DC channel marketing with relevant and targeted digital marketing, providing digital leadership within the DC virtual channel team in line with LGIM’s regulatory commitments. You will also contribute to LGIM’s data transformation initiatives. What you'll be doing: Working within the DC virtual channel team, leading digital marketing strategy for the channel and enabling digital initiatives. Managing LGIM’s website and fund centre in line with digital marketing strategy, across all sites globally and in multiple languages. Undertaking annual review of assigned web sections. Demonstrating a clear understanding of marketing and customer data to identify opportunities, inform strategy and drive a data-driven culture. Always look to enhance the client experience in all digital touchpoints, creating digital journeys that will strengthen our relationship with the client. Owning regulation change and client communication projects as needed, supporting the business to meet its regulatory obligations. Supporting on development of LGIM’s digital marketing strategy, in relation to content and email marketing specialisms, assisting the Head of Digital. Supporting data enablement (such as email automation and email and website testing) and utilising data insights for lead and demand generation as well as project and programme delivery. Managing LGIM’s agency suppliers as needed, with a particular focus on 23, Ceros and Optimizely relationships delivering value for money. Qualifications

Three years’ experience in a relevant asset management role. Budget management experience. Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
