The Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Group Marketing Manager and take ownership of a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the brand’s digital presence. From crafting engaging social media content to managing influencer partnerships, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies.
- Develop creative content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and optimise budgets for boosted posts to achieve engagement and reach targets.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with UK and international teams to ensure the website remains current and engaging.
- Update content regularly, using insights to recommend improvements and align with trends.
- Support digital campaigns with impactful assets, working closely with the E-commerce Manager.
- Manage promotions such as offer codes and discounts, ensuring flawless execution.
- Liaise with external agencies on advertising and influencer initiatives.
You:
The ideal candidate will bring experience, creativity, and confidence to the role, with the ability to work collaboratively while taking the lead on key projects.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and campaign management.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
- Expertise across digital channels, including influencer marketing and email campaigns.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive insights.
- A self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Trello.
