We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to come and join our amazing Virgin Incentives team to create and execute our digital marketing strategy. Virgin Incentives are the B2B arm of Virgin Experience Days and are very ambitious to grow our new business sales channels by digital marketing and brand awareness. On the back of our best ever year and lots of untapped potential to grow, this is a great opportunity for a like-minded candidate to come and be the heart of our brand! This role is hybrid with 3 days based in our Bourne End, Bucks (SL8 5YS) office and 2 days working from home.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage UK and USA B2B Digital Marketing strategy Line Management for our B2B Marketing Executive (UK based) Driving our digital lead generation for B2B through email, social media, PPC, SEO and events Creating new business email campaigns in both territories Leading our PR Agency relationship managing media coverage across HR and B2B publications Liaising with our external marketing partners Drive social media channels and new business events Developing a strategy and executing our UK and USA Marketing Plan Reviewing and understanding the data from the B2B marketing channels and enhancing performance Understanding the industry we play in and how we make sure we are forefront in our space Managing our Virgin Incentives website, gift card websites and ‘for business’ pages Marketing budget
