We are a dynamic and growing family owned and operated company specialising in solar installations and we’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, including social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and content creation, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Social Media Management:

Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, X) including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Paid Ads Campaigns:

Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid digital campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Content Creation:

Develop and curate compelling content that engages our target audience and builds brand recognition. The job role includes travelling to site to create content of our installation team doing what they do best and obtaining video testimonials from customers. SEO and SEM:

Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings, alongside SEM campaigns for paid search. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels. Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.). Expertise in creating and optimising paid advertising campaigns with measurable results. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to the latest digital trends and technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently. A strong track record of growing online presence and driving conversions. Experience in Solar installations or similar home improvements would be advantageous. What We Offer:
