Our website and social media channels are fantastic ways for us to engage with our customers – keeping them up to date with all things Coffi Lab and making them feel part of our journey. We already have an organically established online following and are looking to expand upon this, giving our followers what they want - more Coffi Lab! As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating content and driving digital marketing campaigns.
What will you be doing?
Work with our CEO/Founder and MD to build and maintain the Coffi Lab digital presence
Liaising with all Coffi Lab departments to manage the content across social media channels
Management of the META platform channels
Create, plan and manage marketing campaigns using our website and social media channels as well as other digital marketing platforms.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
Measure KPI metrics to monitor and improve website traffic, engagement and return on investment
Website maintenance as required
Working with third-party providers on the management of our website
Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
The ideal candidate
will have up to date knowledge and understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies. Excellent communication skills are crucial, along with analytical abilities. You should be proficient in using photo and video editing software and have a keen eye for details. As an entrepreneur-led business, the environment is fast-paced and we are keen to share Coffi Lab with a wider audience. Currently, we have 9 Labs plus a central production unit and roastery, with more stores in the pipeline - the expansion continues! The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team who all take pride in the business and believe in the core values.
